What kids love about St. Eugene’s Summer Camp

For several decades, youth (ages 7-17) from across the Pacific Central Deanery (and State!) come together for a week to play and pray at St. Eugene’s camp right here in California.

See the larger Church beyond just their own parish! Meeting other Orthodox kids (and priests!) from across the state.
Enjoy lots of activities (examples from previous years include: arts & crafts, camp fire, Camp Olympics, canoeing, Christian ed, hiking, movie nights, skits, swimming, volleyball, and more!)
Experience the rhythm of beautiful Orthodox prayers each day including a camper/counselor choir.
Find encouragement in a solid Christian environment.

My girls went to this camp and it is LIFE ALTERING. After the first year, they counted DAYS until they could go back the next year. It is a well organized balance of Orthodox Fellowship with kids their own ages, education about the faith, and fun. My girls made Orthodox friends that will last a lifetime.
